01 — What it is

One company. Studied properly.

Most strategy work fails one of two ways. It studies the industry without studying the company — producing slides full of trends and no recommendations. Or it studies the company without studying anything else — producing recommendations with no defensible reasoning.

Aspiture's consulting practice does both, in one engagement, on one company, with one playbook. The output is five named deliverables that function as a system — each one anchored to the others, with no claim untraceable to evidence.

The work is suited for: pitch artifacts that need to win the engagement, recurring instruments once the engagement is signed, audits of existing analysis to find what was missed, and the diagnoses that 100-day or 36-month plans get built against.

Each of our four focused lenses — Brand DNA, Operating, Competitive, and SEO — also runs as a standalone engagement when the question is narrower than "study the whole company." The lenses hold up on their own. The full consulting engagement is the umbrella that asks all four questions at once, in the right order, and stitches the findings into one unified plan.

Not another analysis. The engagement that decides which analyses you need — and writes what they add up to.

02 — Deliverables

Five canonical artifacts.

Every engagement produces these five. They work together. Each one carries an Aspiture LLC footer, a version number in the filename and the document, and a posture line stating whether it is a pitch artifact, a retained-engagement deliverable, or an internal working document.

  • 01
Strategic Market Analysis The narrative document. Positioning, market sizing, competitive frame, structural threats, initiatives, and risks. The diagnosis the rest of the work sits on.
  • 02
Operating Dashboard A visual leadership instrument — HTML or PDF — built to be referenced weekly, monthly, quarterly. Not read once. The metrics, alerts, and signals that matter to running the business.
  • 03
Recommendations Dashboard Twelve to twenty recommendations, each anchored to a specific finding in the Strategic Market Analysis. No floating recommendations. Every line traceable.
  • 04
Gap Assessment What data, frameworks, and angles weren't analyzed — and what filling them would unlock. The work the engagement didn't do, named explicitly, so the next engagement has somewhere to start.
  • 05
Fact-Check Audit A claim-by-claim verification ledger with confidence labels. Every assertion in the Strategic Market Analysis appears here with its source and its certainty score.

A strategic study is only worth what it withstands after the meeting where it's presented.

03 — Engagement formats

Four ways to engage.

Format 01

Pitch Study

An initial study built to win the next conversation. Produces the five deliverables at v1, framed as a pitch artifact. Best when you're evaluating whether to retain Aspiture for ongoing work.

Format 02

Retained Engagement

The five deliverables maintained on a quarterly cycle. The Operating Dashboard becomes a working instrument. New canvases are added as decisions come up. Best when the business is making moves we need to keep up with.

Format 03

Audit of Existing Work

Running our discipline against analysis that already exists — typically work produced internally or by a prior firm. Produces the Gap Assessment and Fact-Check Audit independently, with extensions to the rest as warranted.

Format 04

Plan Anchoring

A 100-day plan or 36-month plan, written against the diagnosis our Strategic Market Analysis produces. The plan ties to specific findings, with explicit owners, milestones, and the conditions under which we'd revise.
