When the question is "study the whole company," the consulting engagement is the right scope. It runs the four lenses where they apply, in the order they apply, and stitches the findings into five canonical deliverables that work as a system: strategic market analysis, operating dashboard, recommendations dashboard, gap assessment, and fact-check audit.

Each focused lens — Brand DNA, Operating, Competitive, SEO — also runs as its own engagement when the question is narrower. The lenses hold up on their own. Consulting is the engagement that asks all four questions at once and writes the unified plan.

Investment Counsel is different in kind from the analysis lenses. It is strategic advisory for businesses making capital allocation decisions in technology, AI, and emerging systems — where the right call requires understanding both the financial logic and the engineering underneath.

06 — Method

Studied, not improvised.

Every Aspiture engagement runs on a written playbook. The methods aren't private — we publish them, version them, and revise them when we learn something. Three disciplines underwrite the work: rigorous inquiry for how claims are sourced and verified, writing review for how deliverables read, and design craft for how they look.

That structure shows up in the work. Claims carry their evidence. Recommendations name the finding they sit on. Caveats live next to the claim they qualify, not in a buried notes section. The deliverable carries its own uncertainty metadata.

The point isn't process for its own sake. It's that strategic work is only valuable if it holds up after the meeting where it's presented — and most of it doesn't.
